Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the loss of the applicable appointment fee or deposit.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may also result in the appointment fee or deposit being forfeited.

We may require payment of a new deposit or appointment fee before allowing another appointment to be booked.

If you arrive late for an appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the scheduled service.

However, depending on the amount of time remaining in the appointment and the nature of the service, we may need to shorten, modify, or reschedule the appointment.

If an appointment must be rescheduled because of a customer's late arrival, our cancellation policy may apply.
